Vertical apparatus with flat heads (VPP)
Description
Vertical vessels VPP with flat heads are used for aboveground storage and loading-unloading of non-explosive and non-toxic working fluids at atmospheric pressure. The density of the stored liquid shall not exceed 2000 kg/m3.
Operating temperature - -20°C to +300°C.
The construction of the vertical apparatus VPP
Vessels VPP are all-welded cylindrical housing with flat bottoms (heads). At the Customer's request and depending on the operating conditions, they can be made with or without a coil. The coil is designed for constant or variable heating / cooling of the stored liquid if the process requires it: for example, while loading or unloading needs to maintain a certain temperature.
If the coil is provided, the pressure of the coolant should not exceed 0.6 MPa.
For the implementation of technological processes (loading, storage, maintenance, unloading) the flanges are provided in the top head for the installation of equipment, such as level gauges, thermometers, pressure gauges, safety valves and pumps.
Complete set of the supplied vessels is carried out on the basis of the filled Questionnaire according to Customer's request.
Nominal pressure of manhole and pipe flanges is 0.3 MPa and 1.0 MPa, respectively.
Manufacture of vertical machines of the runway with flat heads
The Saratov Reservoir Plant has the necessary Certificates of conformity for the production of bulk capacity vessels.
We manufacture VPP apparatus up to 100 m3 of different steel grades depending on the operating conditions (ambient temperature) of the product.
