In order to provide independent gas supply to ore-roasting kilns, the professionals of the Saratov Reservoir Plant performed a large amount of work, namely: design and survey work, installation of the processing equipment and pipelines, installation and connection work of Instruments for Control Systems, pre-commissioning.
The peculiarity of the project was the construction at a complex process facility with a developed network of pipelines, as well as the project engineering for a highly dangerous facility (hazard category 2).
The following works were performed: design and survey works, the supply of the steel horizontal tanks with a capacity of 50 m3 each in the amount of 8 pcs., the supply of a liquid evaporator unit.
Main specifications:
1. Stored product - liquefied petroleum gas;
2. Total capacity of the tank farm - 400 m3.
