The project consisted in design and survey as well as in masterplanning of the HPS (heat-and-power station) boiler house redesign with the replacement of boilers.
The peculiarity of the project was additional requirements for Civil defense and emergency situations (air-raid shelter, blackout), as well as agreement of the architectural look of the facility.
Main specifications:
1. Fuel - gas/fuel oil;
2. Thermal power - 210 MW;
3. Pressure in the gas supply system - over 1,2 MPa.

- Federal Air Transport Agency approval concerning the chimney;
