Vertical vessel 100 m3 to the Republic of Tatarstan

As part of a packaged supply a vertical settling tank with with elliptical heads with a capacity of 100 m3 was manufactured and shipped for the oil producing company.
Delivery was carried out by road to Almetyevsk region, Republic of Tatarstan.
In terms of design the vessel is an all-welded cylindrical vessel with dished elliptical heads. The vessel is made of 09G2S steel grade. The vessel was coated with:
- the outer surface - DTM "Lux", color gray;
- the inside surface - a two-component epoxy coating Tankguard Storage in 2 layers of 150 microns.
The overall dimensions of the vessel: length 3954 mm, width 4350 mm, height 13066 mm.
