Nine horizontal vessels production

Specialists of the Saratov Reservoir Plant have finished a large order: nine horizontal vessels with a tube bundle were produced.

The horizontal vessel is a vessel with elliptical bottoms, which is mounted on a welded metal frame. The frame provides stability and stiffness of the structure.

The length of the vessel excluding the frame is 12320 mm, diameter - 2400 mm.

The vessels are intended to be used for oil storage under a pressure of 0.6 MPa. Temperature maintenance of the working medium within the required range is carried out by the tube bundle and thermal insulating. As a thermal insulator synthetical cellular rubber substance with a thickness of 4 mm was used. A galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.5 mm is fixed around the body.

To protect the internal surfaces from the destructive effect of the processing medium, a 1 layer of two-component epoxy primer Akrus-Prime and 1 layer of enamel Akrus-long coatings are provided. The outer surfaces are coated with 1 primer layer and 2 layers of two-component polyurethane coating Akrus-poliur.
