Hydrogen receivers shipment to the Irkutsk Region

Saratov Reservoir Plant is fulfilling a large order for the supply of vertical hydrogen receivers with a capacity of 20 m3 in the amount of 8 pieces. Shipment is made in parts of 4 pcs. as soon as the equipment is ready.
Vertical receivers will be operated for the needs of the CHP in Angarsk (Irkutsk region) at an operating pressure of 1.0 MPa and a temperature from -60°C to +100°C.
The hydrogen receivers are made of steel 09G2S with a thickness of 10 mm, taking into account the corrosion allowance of 2 mm.
The reseivers are provided with a hatch and fittings designed for input and output of hydrogen, bottom product output, for the safety valve and a pressure gauge mounting.
The outer surface of the receiver is painted with AK Lux primer and enamel Lux primer. The anticorrosive coating of the inside surface is not provided for.
Overall dimensions of nitrogen receivers with a capacity of 20 m3: diameter 2000 mm, height 6998 mm, width 2260 mm.
