VST-3000 erection in Tolyatti

Three VST-3000 erection has been finished at the Tolyatti facility. The erection started at the beginning of the year.

After unrolling of the shell and laying of the roof have been done, a special anti-corrosion coating was applied to the inside and outside surfaces. A chemically resistant coating in 3 layers was used inside, which is suitable for use with the operating product which is carbide ammonium nitrate. Outside, a one-layer primer and a two-layer alkyd enamel were applied.

Heat-insulating layer made of mineral-wool plate with a thickness of 80 mm (for the shell) and 250 mm (for the roof) was defined in the disign. Finishing coat was made of zinc-coated profile sheet (for the shell) and flat sheet (for the roof).

The project provided for laying a thermal insulation layer of mineral wool slabs with a thickness of 80 mm for the wall and 250 mm for the roof. The cover layer was made of galvanized sheet for the wall and smooth sheet for the roof.
