VST-1000 erection in the Kaliningrad Region

SARRZ has completed the erection of 4 vertical steel tanks VST-1000 at the facility in the Kaliningrad region. Now the tanks successfully have passed hydrotesting and are currently ready for commissioning.

Metal structures are covered with special paint material to prevent corrosion:

• one component polysiloxane material Armokot F100 is applied to stairs and service platforms;
• the inner surface of the tank is covered by a two-component epoxy-phenolic coating Hempadur 85671;
• the outer surface is prepared for laying down heat insulation of mineral wool plates and covered with primer GF-021 soil and pentaphthalic enamel PF-115.

All construction and erection work was carried out in accordance with flow chart, Work Performance Program and the construction project.
