Vessels with polyurethane foam insulation

Saratov Reservoir Plant has completed a large order for the design and manufacture of underground vessels for a large oil terminal in St. Petersburg.
The following underground drainage vessels were produced:
- with a capacity of 25 m3 with thermal insulation - 2 pcs.;
- with a capacity of 25 m3 with waterproofing - 2 pcs.;
- with a capacity of 100 m3 with thermal insulation - 1 pcs.
All vessels are made of steel 09G2S. The inner surface of the vessels is covered with enamel Antikor PEP with a thickness of 300 microns, the outside surface - with Izolep-hydro with a thickness of 300 microns (2 layers).
Thermal insulation of the underground vessels is made of polyurethane foam with a thickness of 100 mm. The tanks are protected from above by a galvanized protecting cover of 0.7 mm thick.
The vessels with waterproofing are covered with bitumen mastic and Technoelast composition.
Underground vessels were protected with shrink wrap for a transportation period.
