Vessel equipment supply to the Rostov Region

SARRZ is implementing a large manufecturing order. Now it delivers vessel equipment for polyester fiber manufacturer located in the Rostov Region (Shakhty).
The main pecualirity of the order was the necessity to get re-approval for the project report in accordance with the ;norms and standards of the Russian Federation
In December SARRZ delivered the following vessel equipment:
- vertical clarifier VEE for heating medium storage with a cepacity of 0.1 m3:
The vessel was designed with a tube made of steel grade St20. The thickness of the vessel is 6 mm. The material of the vessel is 09G2S.
- horizontal vessel GEE with a capacity of 5.2 m3 for crude ethylene glycol storage:
The vessel is to ne heat insulated at site. The thickness of heads and the shell is 3 mm. The material of the vessel is stainless steel 12X18H10T.
- rectangular bunker for terephthalic acid storage with a capacity of 0.3 m3:
The bunker is made of stainless steel 12X18H10T with a demountable cage. The thickness of the vessel is 3 mm.
- rectangular bunker for recyclable polyester materials with a capacity of 0.3 m3:
This vessel is designed for operation with polyethyleneterephthalate. It is made of stainless steel 12X18H10T with a 4-mm shell thickness.
