Drainage tanks manufacture for the facility in Tatarstan

Saratov Reservoir, Plant has signed Product Delivery Contract, namely, on wholesale manufacture of underground drainage tanks 22 pcs in total. Vessels shippment to the construction site in Tatarstan is being performed as the tanks are available.

Underground drainage tanks will be used for residues of light and heave petroleum products and their mixtures with water storage under pressure of 0.05 MPa and at temperatures from -40ºC to +60ºC.

All drainage tanks are made of steel grade 09G2S of 6 mm thick, taking into account the corrosion allowance of 2 mm.

Overall size: diameter 1200 mm, length of the cylindrical part of the housing 1450 mm.

There are manhole Dn800, fittings for the product inlet and outlet, the installation of a level transmitter and a flame filter in the housing.

The outer surface of the housing is protected by a bituminous-polymeric mastic Aquamast, inner surface - by Hempadur 856710.

If operating conditions are met, the service life of the EP-5 is 20 years.
