Water sedimentation tank manufacture and delivery to Surgut

The water sedimentation tank with a hydraulic filter of a volume 100 m3 has been manufactured at the Saratov Reservoir Plant. It will be operated at the oil facility in Surgut.
The vessel is made of steel grade 09G2S.
Operation of the water sedimentation tank will be under pressure to 0.25 MPa and a temperature of -43ºC to +100ºC. The maximum temperature of the operating product (carbonated liquid) - +40ºC. To extend the service life of the sedimentation tank the housing has been heat treated. The inner surface is coated with the composition Hempadur 85671 of a thickness 300 µm. The outer surface was applied with compositions Zn17360 Hempadur and Hempadur Mastik 14880/
The vessel has been checked for tightness in the factory by hydrostatic test pressure.
Manholes, fittings and pipes intended for product inlet and outlet, gas and oil outlet, drainage, level sensor installation, safety valve, pressure gauge, lower and emergency oil level indicators are disposed over the body. The equipment is selected on the basis of the Customer's requirements to the operating procedure at the facility.
The water sedimentation tank should be confirmed to the RTN certification.
