Four horizontal tanks to Kazakhstan

The Saratov Reservoir Plant has produced 4 horizontal tanks with a volume of 100 m3. The delivery was carried out to Kulsary — the administrative center of Zhylyoi region of Atyrau in Kazakhstan.
The four tanks are produced of steel 09G2S. They are intended to storage of the produced alkali water with sulfuric additive in the territory of the petroleum and gas deposit.
The working medium refers to aggressive liquids. Therefore, a chemically resistant anti-corrosion coating is applied onto the inner side of the tanks in order to protect the tank from the negative impact.
The outer side of the tanks is covered with 1 layer of universal anticorrosion primer and 2 layers of silver enamel with addition of aluminum powder.
The total length of the tank together with elliptical bottoms is 14670 mm, diameter - 3000 mm.
