Vessel with elliptical heads and electric heater coil supply

Saratov Reservoir Plant has manufactured and shipped the order to the facility in Novy Urengoy - horizontal vessels with a volume of 100 m3 and 50 m3.
The horizontal vessel with elliptical heads with a volume of 50 m3 (GEE-50) is intended for diesel fuel storage, and with a volume of 100 m3 (GEE-100) will be used as a flow sedimentation tank for produced water.
A special feature of the bulk capacity vessels is the two-level heat saver system, which was installed in the factory:
- temperature maintenance of the processing medium at a level of at least +5°C is provided by electric heating coils placed in accordance with the scheme agreed with the Customer;
- heat retention will be performed by heat insulator made of preformed mineral wool, which will be covered with a vapor barrier material and sheet galvanized steel.
The system is designed taking into account the minimum permissible temperature of the vessel wall -53°C.
The length of the GEE-50 is 9544 mm, width - 3224 mm, height - 3332 mm.
The length of the GEE-100 is 15430 mm, width - 3350 mm, height - 3737 mm.
