Four vertical tanks RVS-5000 erection

On the 28th of September, 2015 the Saratov Reservoir Plant shipped the four vertical tanks RVS-5000 m3.
Now these tanks are being erected at the worksite.
The four tanks are meant for petroleum products with a density of 0.9 t/m3 at a working pressure of 2 kPa and a temperature of +50°C storage.
Vertical tanks erection is being made by the rolling method: the shells are unloading by cable hoists. Then vertical welding of shell, conical roof and guards on the roof. The surface of the shells is cleaned, and anticorrosion treatment of surfaces is performed, which will allow to operate the tanks for 50 years.
The Saratov Reservoir Plant performs not only manufacturing of RVS-5000, but also tanks erection.
