Bunkers for cake were delivered to Bashkortostan

The Saratov Reservoir Plant has designed non-standard vessel equipment: bunkers for cake, sand and phosphatic slops with a capacity of 36 m3.
The bunkers are designed in the form of vertical vessels with a flat lid and a conical head.
The vessels are made of steel grade 09G2S with a shell thickness of 6 mm and a conical head of 8 mm, taking into account corrosion allowance of 2 mm.
Hatches and fittings are provided in the shell and heads for cake supply, imported sand and oil sludge supply, mixture supply to the screw pump, as well as for connecting agitators (6 pcs.) and gas outlet.
The outer and inner surfaces are treated with an anticorrosive coating Hempadur Quattro 17634 in two layers of 170 microns thick each.
The bunkers will be installed at the facility with a seismicity of no more than 6 points and a minimum temperature of +5°C.
Overall dimensions of the bunkers: diameter 4000 mm, length 4108 mm, width 4108 mm, height 5444 m.
