Horizontal tank on support skids

SARRZ manufactured a horizontal aboveground tank with a volume of 50 m3 on support skids for the Samara Region enterprise. Horizontal tank RGSn-50 is designed for oil storage. The vessel is cylindrical with elliptical heads. The tank is made of 09G2S steel grade with a shell and heads thickness of 10 mm. The horizontal tank is designed for a working pressure of 0.6 MPa.
Support skids were made for the tank. The skids may be used both for transportation and as a support element of the tank. For anti-corrosion protection, the surface of the support skids was covered with PF-1155 enamel in two layers above the GF-021 primer. The tank on the skids will be installed on a prepared platform.
Shippment of the equipment to the Customer's facility was carried out by road.
Overall dimensions of te tank RGSn-50 m3: length-10000 mm, width-2500 mm, height-3557 mm.
Dimensions of the skids: length-7000 mm, width-300 mm, height-895 mm.
