Detailed engineering

Detailed engineering is the stage that includes the main work on the preparation of the object for the construction. The pre-design and design preparation of the construction project has already been completed: engineering solutions have been developed and agreed, engineering surveys have been carried out, equipment has been selected and engineering complete.

At the stage of detailed engineering, detailed and final preparation for construction is carried out. The following workd are performed:

• process design calculation based on the developed Basic Technical Solution;
• design engineering;
• detailed design, including KM project, detailed drawings, method statement, and process and instrumentation diagram and manufacturing drawings;
• development of technical specifications and other necessary documentation at the request of the Customer and on the basis of the requirements of state standards;
• development of general civil planning for the facility;
• delivery of necessary materials and construction machinery and equipment to the facility;
• acceptance of work at the facility (both equipment and construction and assembly operations);
• consulting on construction and commissioning works;
• field and construction supervision;
• approval of all works with regulatory authorities and obtaining the necessary permits;
• Operations Manual, instructions and other maintenance documentation development for the facility.

The completed documentation is provided to the contractor of construction and assembly works and equipment manufacturers/suppliers.
