Construction and assembly operations

Construction of oil and gas and chemical facilities is one of the activities of the Saratov Reservoir Plant.

Thanks to the presence of specialists in the construction and assembly, we offer comprehensive turnkey services for construction, renovation and brownfield upgrade of:

• crude oil tank farms, oil storage facilities, petroleum-storage depots, oil transfer facilities and oil stores and other oil product storage facilities;
• export pipelines and trunk lines;
• oil and gas production and processing facilities;
• gas-using facilities.

All the necessary equipment, including heavy construction vehicles, owned by SARRZ, allows us to carry out work ranging from site mobilization to the plant handover / sign off:

• predevelopment and constructing all the temporary buildings: clearing and grubbing, access ways construction, temporary services, living quarters and warehouse facilities, excavation works;
• foundation work for the construction of metalworks of various purposes, including aboveground and underground placement;
• erection and assembly of vertical tanks, horizontal tanks, vessels, apparatus for petroleum products, gas and chemical liquid and gaseous media;
• pipelines and off-site utilities and infrastructure of oil and gas facilities laying.

Concerted efforts work and team-work on construction and assembly of oil and gas facilities, as well as being provided with construction machinery and software, leads to the implementation of the entire scope of work on time in accordance with the Customer's specifications and state standards, which contributes to the safe operation of the facility at max efficiency rate.
